Rubber Block Booster
2019 Mazda CX-9 using Rubber Block Booster Series
Featured Block boosters and buffers installation is on a 2019 Mazda CX-9 which added an extra 1.1â of lift. DuraTPE Pro Series B+ buffers and Rubber Block Booster Series RB2-15-125are used on the front and rear coil springs.
How to Select amp; Install RubberShox Block Boosters
1. Lift amp; Jack up your car (make sure tire is not touching ground)
2. Measure the Coil Spring Gap (ex. 64.7mm / 2.5â) â Fig 1
3. Refer to Rubber Block Dims Table, select the closest height (no greater than gap measurement).
Example: Choose RB45-3-25 or RB35-25-125 or RB275-2-175, as 2.5â and 2â is the closest
4. Installed RB45-3-25 or RB35-25-125 or RB275-2-175 (Joined with CSBPro-AP) â Fig. 2/2a/3
5. Front suspension ground clearance lifted around 2.5â.
6. We strongly suggest adding Zip-Tie to secure Rubber Block to Coil Springs
7. Fig.2 shown extra RB2-275-2-175 block, as one side 2â is too small for coil spring gap 2.5â, so size down to smaller gap and still perform supporting suspension buffering .
